At SanO BOARDRIDING, every order is packed with care. We appreciate your support and strive to get your gear to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

During new product releases, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and other reliable delivery services.

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (when available): 2–3 business days

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship throughout the United States.

If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

SanO BOARDRIDING is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check with household members or neighbors.
  • Contact the shipping carrier.
  • Email us if you need additional assistance.

While we cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review the claim and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
